JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas, July 30 -- The U.S. Air Force Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (16th Air Force) issued the following news:
The late Marcus L. Carter's contributions to the Manpower Enterprise training program were recognized with the renaming of the "fishbowl" training room during a ribbon-cutting dedication on July 10, 2024, at Air Force Manpower Analysis Agency headquarters at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas.
