WASHINGTON, July 29 -- Rep. Brittany Pettersen, D-Colorado, issued the following news release:
The United States Senate last week passed U.S. Representative Brittany Pettersen's bipartisan legislation to prevent the financing of illegal synthetic drugs. Pettersen introduced the bill alongside Monica De La Cruz (R-TX), and Andy Ogles (R-TN), and it passed the House of Representatives in May of 2023. The bill is now headed for the President's desk to be signed into law.
