Today, Congressman Matt Rosendale (MT-02) took to the House floor to honor and remember the life of Charlie Dowd, Montana's last Pearl Harbor survivor, and applaud the passage of a bill to name Butte VA clinic as the Charlie A. Dowd VA Clinic in his honor.
