Attorney General John M. Formella announces that on July 18, 2024, Khloe Lamontagne, age 24, of Berlin, New Hampshire, pleaded guilty in the Merrimack County Superior Court to one felony count of Conspiracy to Sell a Controlled Drug. The defendant was sentenced to 2 to 4 years in the New Hampshire State Prison, all of which is suspended for the next 3 years, and 2 years . . .
