Las Vegas - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recently finalized a settlement with U.S. Ecology Nevada (USEN) over alleged hazardous waste and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) violations at a hazardous waste landfill south of Beatty, Nevada.
