In response to the U.S. District Court for Louisiana issuing a preliminary injunction in a lawsuit filed by 16 Republican Attorneys General challenging the Department of Energy's pause on permits for new LNG export authorizations, the League of Conservation Voters (LCV) and Chispa Texas released the following statement:
