MEMPHIS - Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-9) today announced that the State of Tennessee will receive a grant of $1,273,374 for the restoration of the electrical power, transmissions, and distribution facilities of the Chickasaw Electric Cooperative from the June 25-26, 2023, storms in which parts of Shelby, Tipton and Fayette counties saw serious damage.
