FRANKFORT, Kentucky, July 2 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky issued the following news release:
A Lexington, Ky., man, Darnell Thomas, Jr. 32, was sentenced on Monday, by U.S. District Judge Gregory Van Tatenhove, to 240 months, for conspiracy to distribute 10 grams or more of fluorofentanyl, 40 grams or more of a mixture containing fentanyl, and heroin, and distribution of 40 grams or more of fentanyl.
According to his plea agreem . . .
