LAFAYETTE, Louisiana, July 2 -- The University of Louisiana's Lafayette Campus issued the following news:

Dr. Lisa Broussard has been named dean of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette's College of Nursing & Health Sciences. Broussard's appointment is effective July 1.
