BECKLEY, West Virginia, June 18 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on June 17, 2024:
Kevin Lemar Legrand, 23, of Beaver, pleaded guilty today to distribution of fentanyl.
According to court documents and statements made in court, on February 16, 2023, Legrand sold approximately 7.2 grams of fentanyl for $600 to a confidential informant. The transaction took place at Legrand's Beaver residence. . . .
