Senator Chris Coons (D-Del.) released the following statement today after the Supreme Court issued its unanimous opinion in U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) v. Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine, concluding that the anti-choice plaintiffs did not have legal standing to challenge the FDA's changes to its regulations of mifepristone, a drug most commonly used to end an early pregnancy:< . . .
