HARTFORD, Connecticut, June 12 -- Connecticut Attorney General William Tong issued the following news release on June 11, 2024:
Attorney General William Tong and 42 other attorneys general today announced a $700 million nationwide settlement to resolve allegations related to the marketing of Johnson & Johnson's baby powder and body powder products that contained talc. As part of the settlement, Connecticut will receive $9,273,125.22. This settlement is pending judicial approval. . . .
