WASHINGTON, June 7 -- Rep. Keith Self, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Today, Congressman Keith Self participated in a parachute jump from a C-47 Skytrain over Mont Saint-Michel in Normandy, France to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day. He was joined by seven House Republican veterans, all donning World War II paratrooper uniforms.
