WASHINGTON, June 7 -- Rep. Morgan Luttrell, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Congressman Morgan Luttrell (R-TX) introduced the Criminal Illegal Alien Report Act in the House of Representatives. This legislation would require the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to report to Congress on crimes committed by individuals who are in the U.S. under the Processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans (CHNV), or any other grant of parole who have committed crime . . .
