WASHINGTON, June 1 -- The Federal Election Commission issued the following news release on May 31, 2024:
The Federal Election Commission cited two campaign committees today for failing to file the 12-Day Pre-Primary Report required by the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended (the Act), for primary elections being held on June 4, 2024 in New Jersey.
As of May 31, 2024, the required disclosure report had not been received from:
