WASHINGTON, May 31 -- Rep. August Pfluger, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Today, Congressman Pfluger introduced a Congressional Review Act (CRA) to nullify the Biden Administration's U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service final rule listing the dunes sagebrush lizard as "endangered" under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). Listing the sagebrush lizard under the ESA is an incredible threat to energy production developed in the Permian Basin.
