NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, May 30 (TNSres) -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-New Orleans District issued the following news release:
On Tuesday, May 28, Lt. Gen. Scott Spellmon, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers commanding general and 55th Chief of Engineers, signed the St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana Chief of Engineers' Report for transmission to Congress.
The project calls for a mix of structural and non-structural methods to reduce the flood risk to more than 26 thousand str . . .
