NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, May 28 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Duane A. Evans announced that CHARVAN MORRIS ("MORRIS"), age 27, of New Orleans, was indicted on May 23, 2024 on two counts of distributing fentanyl, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(C).
