BECKLEY, West Virginia, May 25 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on May 24, 2024:
Rory Divaughn Spells, 36, of Chicago, Illinois, was sentenced today to eleven years and seven months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for possession with intent to distribute a quantity of fentanyl and a quantity of methamphetamine.
