FAYETTEVILLE, Arkansas, May 25 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas issued the following news release on May 23, 2024:
A Fayetteville man was sentenced on Monday, May 20, to 240 months in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release on one count of Distribution of Methamphetamine. The Honorable Judge Timothy L. Brooks presided over the sentencing hearing in the United States District Court in Fayetteville.
