Having analyzed the recently concluded caseload and revenue estimating conferences, the nonpartisan Economic Progress Institute (EPI) has found that lawmakers at the Rhode Island General Assembly have an extra $136.1 million to allocate as they enter into final fiscal year 2025 budget negotiations.
