WASHINGTON, May 23 -- Sen. Robert Menendez, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
Sen. Menendez announced another $9.2 million in National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration funding to improve Fish Passages and remove dams in two New Jersey rivers. The funding will help reduce local flooding risks along the Pequest and South Branch Raritan Rivers and open habitat access for several species of fish.
