COLLEGE STATION, Texas, May 23 -- Texas A&M University issued the following news:

The presence of the invasive emerald ash borer (EAB) is confirmed in Grayson, Hill, Hood, McLennan and Palo Pinto Counties. The invasive species is infesting and killing ash trees in new areas of the state and continues to spread south.
