WASHINGTON, May 17 -- Rep. Ryan Zinke, R-Montana, issued the following news release:
Today Congressman Ryan Zinke announced he has cosponsored seven bills to protect four dams in the Columbia River System that supply power to Northwest Montana.
"Removing the four Lower Snake River dams is one of the worst ideas I've ever heard, both environmentally and economically," said Zinke. "Our dam systems are not just for a single species; they are multiuse systems . . .
