WASHINGTON, May 16 -- Sen. Christopher Murphy, D-Connecticut, issued the following news release:
Senator Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), Chairman of the U.S. Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Homeland Security, on Thursday reintroduced legislation to reform the asylum system and provide the president with new tools and additional resources to better manage the border.
