CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, May 16 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas issued the following news release:
A 35-year-old man has been sentenced for possession with intent to distribute more than four kilograms of cocaine, announced U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani.
Elias Garcia pleaded guilty Nov. 30, 2023.
U.S. District Judge David S. Morales has now ordered Garcia to serve 82 months in federal prison to be immediately followed . . .
