Attorney General William Tong today announced a stipulated judgment with HighBazaar organizers Joseph Accettullo and Cody Roberts, ending the illegal, unlicensed cannabis markets and enforcing a series of strong obligations regarding ongoing inspections and restrictions on advertisements.
