Congresswoman Uifa'atali Amata is delighted to congratulate four new commissioned officers in the United States Army from American Samoa. She attended their University of Hawaii Army ROTC Commissioning Ceremony at the John F. Kennedy Theatre in Honolulu, and congratulated them in person.
The four who became commissioned officers on Sunday are Daryleen Moi-Tuimas . . .
