WASHINGTON, May 8 -- Rep. Clay Higgins, R-Louisiana, issued the following news release:
Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) announced today that Cole Ritter, an eleventh grader at Southside High School in Youngsville is the winner of the 2024 Congressional Art Competition for Louisiana's 3rd District.
