WASHINGTON, May 6 -- Rep. Timothy Burchett, R-Tennessee, issued the following news release:
(May 6, 2024) - Today, U.S. Congressman Tim Burchett (TN-02) reintroduced the Unmasking Antifa Act, which seeks to punish, with fines and/or imprisonment for up to 15 years, any person wearing a mask or disguise while committing a crime, including threatening or intimidating another individual exercising their constitutional rights or privileges.
