BISMARCK, North Dakota, May 4 -- The North Dakota Democratic-NPL Party issued the following news release on May 3, 2024:
Representative Jason Dockter (R-Bismarck) was found guilty of a criminal conflict-of-interest charge today. The conflict-of-interest charge stemmed from the lease of a Bismarck building to the Attorney General's Office under former Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem.
