BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS - On Wednesday April 24, 2024, Congressman Vicente Gonzalez (TX-34) announced that Sylvia Reyna, a 10th grade student at Edinburg High School, was the winner of the 2024 Congressional Art Competition. Reyna's winning piece, "Legacy" will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol. This year, the office of Congressman Gonzalez received a record number of entries, totaling 108 . . .
