Today, House Budget Committee Chairman Jodey Arrington (R-TX) and Oversight Task Force Chairman Jack Bergman (R-MI) sent a second letter -- issued in tandem with the committee's request of the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to conduct a report on the "Status of Actions to Offset Direct Spending from Administrative Rules" . . .
