Today, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments on former President Donald Trump's claim of absolute immunity from prosecution. The justices could issue a ruling in the summer, sending the issue back to a lower court and delaying any trial until after the November election, denying voters a chance to hear the facts in court and giving Donald Trump a chance to torpedo the case if he is elect . . .
