Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-9), a longtime proponent of using the Clean Air Act to limit the pollution driving climate change, today applauded the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) suite of new rules governing fossil fuel-fired power plants. He was particularly pleased to see a final rule requiring the safe management of coal ash like that produced by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). . . .
