HOUSTON, Texas, April 25 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas issued the following news release:
A Houston attorney and his former office manager are charged in federal court for conspiracy to commit mail fraud, announced U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani.
Houston residents Clyde J. Moore, 62, and Mark A. Broussard, 63, made their initial appearances before U.S. Magistrate Judge Yvonne Ho at 2 p.m.
A federal grand jury return . . .
