Today, Representative Kevin Kiley (R-CA) attended oral arguments in the case of City of Grants Pass, Oregon v. Gloria Johnson at the Supreme Court. Kiley led an amicus brief, joined by several other Members of the House, asking the Court to reverse the 9th Circuit decision.
