OMAHA, Nebraska, April 13 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that Brian E. Nielsen, 47, of Omaha, Nebraska was sentenced on April 10, 2024, in federal court in Omaha for possessing with the intent to distribute methamphetamine. Chief United States District Judge Robert F. Rossiter, Jr. sentenced Nielsen to 78 months' imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system. Afte . . .
