WASHINGTON, April 12 -- Rep. Jodey Arrington, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
As the House voted on Congressman Andy Biggs' (AZ-05) amendment to end warrantless searches of American citizens, Chairman Jodey Arrington issued the following statement:
"'The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, . . .
