R.I. U.S. Attorney: Rhode Island Man With Ties to Mexican Drug Suppliers Sentenced to Five Years in Federal Prison

PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island, April 11 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Rhode Island issued the following news release:

A Providence man who worked as an east coast source for trafficking fentanyl on behalf of a Mexican drug supplier was sentenced on Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Rhode Island to five years in federal prison, announced United States Attorney Zachary A. Cunha.
