CONCORD, New Hampshire, April 6 -- New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella issued the following news release on April 5, 2024:
Attorney General John M. Formella today announced a victory against a Security and Exchange Commission ("SEC") mandate that would force businesses to track and report greenhouse gas emissions. New Hampshire joined a 25-state coalition in securing a temporary, nationwide block on the SEC's extreme climate mandate while a lawsuit continues.
