S.D. U.S. Attorney: Texas Man Sentenced for Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance

RAPID CITY, South Dakota, April 6 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of South Dakota issued the following news release on April 5, 2024:

United States Attorney Alison J. Ramsdell announced today that U.S. District Judge Karen E. Schreier has sentenced a Corpus Christi, Texas, man convicted of Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance. The sentencing took place on March 29, 2024.

Kevin Jarero, 23, was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison, follow . . .
