Peter Annin, noted author of "Purified: How Recycled Sewage Is Transforming Our Water," will headline a program on exploring the possibilities of water reuse at "Water Law and Policy: The Water (Re) Cycle," on Wednesday, April 10, at 9 a.m. at Eckstein Hall, 1215 W. Michigan St.
