NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, April 4 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana issued the following news release:
U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans announced that Danieel mutin, age 19, of New Orleans, pled guilty on March 27, 2024, to Counts 1 and 2 of an indictment charging him with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, in violation of 21 U.S.C. Sec.Sec. 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(C) (Count 1); and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug traffic . . .
