WASHINGTON, April 1 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following news release:

Today, Congressman Henry Cuellar, Ph.D. (TX-28) joined local leaders to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Pleasanton Municipal Airport's new fuel farm.
