AUSTIN, Texas, March 29 -- The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality issued the following news release on March 28, 2024:

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality today approved penalties totaling $191,118 against 12 regulated entities for violations of state environmental regulations.

Agreed orders were issued for the following enforcement categories: one multi-media, three municipal wastewater discharges, three petroleum storage tanks, and three public water . . .
