LAREDO, Texas, March 28 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection issued the following news release:
To help better facilitate northbound traffic flow at Juarez-Lincoln Bridge during a resurfacing project in the northbound lanes on the Mexico side, CBP has relocated cement barriers to adjust the traffic flow pattern.
"We have moved our cement lane divider barriers over a bit to help facilitate the traffic flow northbound at Juarez . . .
