GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan, March 22 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan issued the following news release:
U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan Mark Totten today announced that Rashad Trice, 27, pled guilty to Kidnapping Resulting in Death. Trice was indicted in July 2023 for Kidnapping Resulting in Death and Kidnapping a Minor. Sentencing is scheduled to proceed at 3 p.m. on July 19, before U.S. District Court Judge Robert J. Jonker.
