CONCORD, New Hampshire, March 22 -- New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella issued the following news release on March 21, 2024:

Formella announces that today he, along with a bipartisan coalition of 15 of his fellow Attorneys General, and the U.S. Department of Justice, filed a civil antitrust lawsuit against Apple for monopolization or attempted monopolization of smartphone markets in violation of Section 2 of the Sherman Act.
