CINCINNATI, Ohio, March 22 -- The Sierra Club issued the following news release on March 21, 2024:
Advocates rallied alongside Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel in downtown Cincinnati today, before her office delivered oral arguments at the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in her lawsuit to shut down and decommission the aging Line 5 crude oil pipeline through the Straits of Mackinac in the Great Lakes.
